Size 4mm, 80 cm – (US 6,32 ins) circular needles or size needed to obtain gauge.

GAUGE
: 20 sts and 32 rows = 4 ins - (10 cm) with 4 mm - (US 6) needle in patt. ABBREVIATIONS
K = Knit

P = Purl

YO = Yarn Over needle

SKP = Slip 1, knit 1, pass slipped st over

PM = Place maker

INSTRUCTIONS
Cast on 177 sts. Do not join. Knit 4 rows for border. Cont in ripple pattern as foll:

Row 1: K5 (for border), PM, *K2, YO, K4, SKP, K1, K2tog, K4, YO*,

rep from * to * to last 7 sts, YO, K2, PM, K5 (for border)

Row 2: K5, Purl to marker, K5.

Repeat last 2 rows for ripple pattern.

Cont in ripple patt until work from beg measures 39 ½ in (100 cm) or desired length, ending with row 1 Knit 4 rows. Cast off knitwise.
