Instructions:

With Circular needle or double point needle 6.00 MM. Cast on 54 sts.
Work in garter st. For 5 and a half inches ( 14 cm)
1 St dec row –Knit 7 sts, 2 tag, repeat to end of row.
Knit 2 nd row and every pair row.
3 rd dec row Knit 6 sts, 2 tog , repeat to end of row
5 th dec row Knit 5 sts, 2 tog , repeat to end of row
7 th dec row Knit 4 sts, 2 tog , repeat to end of row
9 th dec row Knit 3 sts, 2 tog , repeat to end of row
11 th dec row Knit 2 sts, 2 tog , repeat to end of row
13 th dec row Knit 1 sts, 2 tog , repeat to end of row

Break yarn.Thread end through remaining sts.
Draw up and fasten securely.
Crochet a chain about 18 inches long. ( 45 cm)
Make a bow and tie it to the top
